72-hour, no-questions-asked refund

If you make an initial paid purchase of MBA Loop, you may request a 100% refund, no questions asked, provided the request is made within the first 72 hours after that initial purchase.

Requests made after the 72-hour window are not eligible for a refund under this policy.

How the 72-hour period is calculated

The 72-hour period begins at the timestamp of your initial purchase confirmation (the moment payment for that first paid purchase is recorded by MBA Loop or its payment processor). It ends exactly 72 hours later. Later renewals, add-ons, or subsequent purchases are outside this initial-purchase window unless a future product rule expressly says otherwise.

What this refund covers

Under this policy, the refund applies to the initial purchase amount for MBA Loop. It does not automatically extend to later purchases unless MBA Loop publishes a different rule.

How to request a refund

Email hello@mbaloop.com (placeholder — replace with your production support address before launch) from the email address on your MBA Loop account. Include your account email and the approximate purchase time so we can locate the transaction.

Processing timelines depend on payment providers and banking partners and are not guaranteed in this policy.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Where statutory rights apply, they remain unaffected.
