Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026 · Applies to MBA Loop

Overview

MBA Loop is an admissions operating system that helps applicants build profiles, prepare application materials, and practise for interviews. This policy explains what information we process and how we use it. It is product documentation, not a warranty of perfect security or local-only processing.

Information you provide

When you use MBA Loop you may provide account details such as your name and email address, and MBA application information such as academics, work history, goals, stories, school preferences, essay drafts, resume content, recommender guidance, waitlist updates, and interview practice answers.

We also process structured application data you save in modules (for example Foundation, Brand Statement, Career Vision, Essay Coach, Resume Coach, LOR Guidance, Interview Insights, and Waitlist Strategy).

Account information

Account information is used to authenticate you, personalize your workspace, and communicate about your account. Email is used for sign-in and account-related notices. When you choose to sign in with an authentication provider such as Google, MBA Loop may receive account information from that provider (for example your name and email address) as part of establishing your session.

First-party product and conversion analytics

With your analytics permission, MBA Loop uses privacy-conscious first-party analytics to understand public-page engagement, signup, product activation, and interest in future Paid access. A random visitor identifier is stored for this purpose. It is not a device fingerprint and is not derived from your IP address, identity, or browser characteristics.

Analytics may include the page and major section viewed, bounded active foreground time, scroll milestones, stable call-to-action identifiers, broad device and browser categories, referring domain, and explicitly named UTM campaign fields. MBA Loop does not retain full arbitrary query strings, entered email addresses, passwords, authentication tokens, Foundation answers, drafts, transcripts, AI prompts, or AI responses in conversion analytics.

If you later authenticate in the same browser, the anonymous journey may be linked securely to your account so MBA Loop can measure whether signups reach product value. We do not fingerprint or probabilistically join anonymous activity across devices.

Cookies and local browser storage

Authentication uses first-party cookies needed to keep you signed in. If you allow analytics, MBA Loop also uses first-party browser storage and an HTTP-only random visitor cookie to maintain a visitor identity across sessions in the same browser. A session identifier separates individual browsing sessions. You can decline analytics from the preference notice without losing access to the public site or product.

AI processing

Some MBA Loop features send relevant portions of your saved profile or module content to AI model providers so the product can generate coaching, critiques, questions, or structured guidance. AI processing is not performed entirely on your device. Do not assume that prompts or outputs remain only on your computer.

Transcripts and saved application data

MBA Loop may store saved transcripts of coaching conversations, interview practice text, and other structured application data needed to resume your work. Retention supports continuity of your workspace unless you request deletion where supported.

Camera self-view and interview media

Interview practice may offer an optional camera self-view so you can see yourself while speaking. MBA Loop does not store raw interview audio or video recordings as part of normal product operation. Textual transcripts or structured feedback derived from a session may still be saved when that feature is enabled.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate MBA Loop, including hosting and infrastructure providers, database providers, authentication providers, and AI-model providers. Those providers process data only as needed to deliver the service, subject to their own controls and agreements.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for the sensitivity of content you choose to upload or paste into MBA Loop.

Data retention

We retain account and application data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. When features allow deletion, we aim to remove or de-identify associated records within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal holds.

Public conversion events are retained only for product measurement and operational integrity. MBA Loop will review volume and retention as usage grows and may introduce bounded rollups before deleting raw event history. No automatic event deletion is enabled in this initial release.

Your choices

You may update profile information inside MBA Loop where editing is available, sign out of your session, and contact us to request account-related assistance. You may allow or decline first-party public conversion analytics from the on-site preference notice.
